Construction

Sino-cables YJLHV type is constructed with AA-8000 series aluminum alloy, compact stranded conductor. The conductor is extruded with XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene) insulation. The insulated conductors are cabling together with non-hygroscopic fillers inside for round shape and reinforcement tape for added strength and conformity. A PVC outer jacket covers the entire assembly.    


Standard

GB/T 12706; GB/T 31840; IEC60502, or other standards required by customers.


Features

1.the operating temperature: -40℃----90℃.

2.good bendability, high elongation and flexibility, low spring-back, excellent properties of creep resistance, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidant, stable connection.

3.fire resistant as NH, fire retardant as ZR, low smoke halogen free as WDZ, or other requirements by customers.

4.with less budget cost and superior combination performance, YJLHV type AA8000 aluminum alloy cable replaces copper power cable overwhelmingly.


Applications

1.YJLHV Type cable is specially designed for the common residence, commercials and industrial buildings, such as civilian constructions, hospitals, schools, etc. It’s also widely applied in the circumstances without armored mechanical protection, such as office building, hotel, plaza, factory lighting and other feeder circuits of electrical equipment. 

2.Suitable for installation of both indoor and outdoor environment, uprightness, bracket, being along wall and direct burial.
